UDX Destination Training - Access
The Sales Programs & Training Team, who actively curate content and facilitate educational programming for Youth & Group Sales, travel agents and contracted Sales clients, are providing access to destination-specific training for UDX Team Members, starting with Orlando. This marks phase one of a larger initiative to deliver immersive parks and experiences training across NBC. Spearheaded by Carla Llamas from the Sales Integration team, this launch sets the stage for onboarding excellence and deeper destination knowledge.
Why It Matters
Managers can now assign Universal Orlando training to new hires and
transitioning team members, boosting confidence and enhancing their onboarding
experiences. It’s a true team win—thanks to collaborative content development
and platform integration. More destinations are coming soon, so stay tuned and

Get to the Training
Log into 
(through TeamUDX.com) and click on 
in the left menu, then follow the prompts. Search Curriculum for Universal Orlando Resort Theme Park Training. Pick any module and "Start Course".
