of you, this 2-day workshop reinforces the trusted advisor mindset—helping you
deepen client relationships, conduct thorough discoveries, tailor
products/services recommendations to specific identified needs, and maintaining
the relationship post-sale.
Negotiating to Yes
Learn how to navigate complex conversations and reach win-win outcomes. This
2-day experience builds your confidence in principled negotiation and handling
difficult situations.
Mastering Successful Presentations
Whether you're presenting to clients or internal stakeholders formally or
informally, this 2-day workshop helps you develop and deliver persuasive
presentations that are clear, concise, and compelling. We also explore slide
development and virtual presentation tips.
